Then: After horse-drawn delivery wagons became obsolete shortly after the turn of the 19th Century, a place for their motorized replacements was needed: a garage. In 1939 a “modern” facility was built in the northeast corner of the Brewery property and housed a repair shop, gas pumps, and facilities for the drivers.
